So far - I've tried yoga, aerobics, rings and that ceiling monkey bar ladder thing, test drove those kettle bells and hand weights - including pole fitness. A total package for effective cross fitness activities. My first passion is running. I'm a serious hard core runner. IXF offers alternative options for my fitness goals. Besides being serious - I'm also having fun with all the fitness enthusiasts around me at IXF. I'm glad I discovered a one stop total fitness environment.

Karolyne’s boot camp was the kick in the butt I seriously needed! After only a few classes I was noticeably stronger. She always incorporates many of the tools in the studio, which makes every session different and exciting. Her boot camp is specially designed to work your whole body, but in an always fun and encouraging environment. 

I always leave feeling a huge sense of accomplishment. Whenever things get challenging (and they do!) Karolyne is great at altering exercises and customizing them to ensure I get the most out of my workout. I’ve been taking her class for several months now and don’t intend to stop.
