Make the Most of Your Smoothie!
Here's a little recap from our smoothie workshop last night for those of you who wanted the info and for those who missed it!

There's a simple "how to" for building a balanced and delicious smoothie and the recipes from the four we made at the workshop! Mmmm 😋

Berry Detox Banana-za
1 cup nut milk 
½ cup berries
½ banana
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp nut butter
½ tsp maca (gelatinized)
Optional-sweeten with dates, honey or maple syrup

Glowing Greens Dreams
1 cup coconut water
1 large handful spinach
1 2 inch cucumber, peeled and chopped
½ avocado
½ cup honeydew
2 tbsp protein mix
½ tsp spirulina
Maple syrup, to taste (can be omitted)

Tropical Anti-inflammatory Colada
1 cup frozen or fresh mango
½ cup frozen sweet potato
½ cup pineapple
1 can coconut milk
½ tsp turmeric
Crack of black pepper
½ lime, squeezed
2 tbsp quality protein mix
1 tsp honey
4 ice cubes

Nutty Chocolate Bliss
1 3/4 cups nut milk
3 pitted dates
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter or any nut butter of choice
1 banana
½ cup cauliflower
3 tbsp quality protein mix
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp camu camu powder (optional)
4 ice cubes
