Coach Spotlight: Rachel
We want to welcome Rachel to our team as a new coach. She will be teaching pole in the fall.

Rachel is your typical vegan Newfoundlander with a masters degree in English Literature and a Welding certification. After dabbling with working as a cake decorator and as a movie theater projectionist, she finally discovered her passion for pole dance and pole fitness coaching.

She is grateful to have the opportunity to share this passion with others, and she finds great satisfaction in helping her students achieve their goals and surpass their own expectations.

Rachel is committed to lifelong learning, both for her own enrichment and for the betterment of others, and she invites you to join her on her pole journey in the inclusive, wholesome, and safe environment at Iron X Fitness.

We decided to ask her a few questions so you can get to know her better!

Rachel was my very first pole instructor — she was so incredibly patient with me and my million questions. I credit her with sparking my newfound interest in pole dancing.

She is a great addition to your team!
